So I haven’t had a serious workout in more than 2 months and its beem discouraging me when I go to the gym because I’m really paying for it now. I’ve gained 20 pounds back and my run times have bewn pitiful. But today, a glimmer of hope. A 5k in unded 30 minutes. I’m ridiculously proud of myself for this.

Goig to the gym right after mt ridiculous ly long Comparative Politics class. Convinced another one of my friends to do the color run. So motivated right now that it hurts. (:

school is starting up again tomorrow, and that was my biggest struggle: trying to stay healthy while being a full time student with two part time jobs.

Okay people, here’s the deal!

I’ve been terrible about fitness lately. Ever since I’ve gotten to college, I haven’t been able to get into a workout/diet routine. For some reason, I’ve really fallen off the bandwagon. I have no one to blame but myself, but things need to change. I’ve lost so much weight, but I still have a ways to go. I have a goal, a goal I am GOING to reach! 

My roommate (the most wonderful person in the world) has been dragging my butt to the gym the last couple days and working me so hard! I think I’m finally getting back into the groove of things and I’m going to kick some boo-tay! 

So new goals: 

  • Increase upper body strength 
  • Run the Jingle Bell Run (5k, I want to improve my time since my last one) 
  • Lose 15 pounds by Christmas
